In 2012, Rail Industry Constructions designed and patented the first Tilt Mast Signal to revolutionise how work is carried out on signal maintenance tasks. Five years later, we became the first Australian company to export this technology to North America.

Our Key Staff

David Hayman
SENIOR SIGNALLING ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER

David has over 47 year’s experience in his chosen field of railway signal engineering. He is a railway signalling construction expert and is fully accredited in ARTC, Railcorp, Victrack & Trans Adelaide. David has a vast knowledge of all things associated with railway signalling with his services highly sort after on many projects.

Phillip Keany – Rail Signalling Engineer

With more than 30 years’ experience in the field of electrical and railway signalling, construction, maintenance, train control systems technician and Signal Engineering, Philip is accredited in ART and DPTI networks. The past 22 years Philip has worked in the Engineering field delivering Signalling projects on the Adelaide network and interfacing to ARTC network. Philip holds a Graduate Diploma of Signalling and Telecommunications.

Chris Birkby
SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Chris is a Senior Project Engineer with 20 years rail experience in engineering and construction with a bias to railway signalling. Full knowledge of the interdisciplinary requirements of multidisciplinary projects from concept to commissioning, with accomplishments in Maintenance, Construction and Commissioning. Possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels. Adaptable to any environment and willing to contribute positively to any work situation.

Jeremy Hayman
PROJECT / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Jeremy is a project/construction manager with over 15 year’s experience in railway and communications network design & construction. He is a key project manager in our team, his supervision & management skills are second to none when it comes to quality & on time performance. Jeremy is accredited in ARTC & Trans Adelaide & has a diploma in project management & is currently completing his Master Degree is Project Management.
